At Uwajimaya they have grey hair dye. Like cool silvery/steel hair dye.

The guy on the front is obviously a bad guy with his shuriken eye patch.

Is it an eye patch made out of a shuriken, or just one with a shuriken design on it?

It seems to be made out of a shuriken. Maybe a plastice one, but it is a four pointed throwing star.
