litheraAccording to Variety, producer David Heyman and Mike Medavoy's Phoenix Pictures have teamed to option the feature rights to Robert Heinlein's sci-fi novel The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress.
John Travolta is in talks to star in Harvey, the new screen version of Mary Chase's Pulitzer Prize winning play that was the basis for the 1950 Jimmy Stewart film.
Chicago star Richard Gere is set to star in Miramax's Shall We Dance?, a remake of the 1996 Japanese feature that Peter Chelsom will direct. The Hollywood Reporter says production is scheduled to begin in June.

Bob Ringwood {Batman} will be designing the principle Superman and Kryptonian costumes, while another costume designer Julie Weiss will be in charge of the Metropolis/Earth costumes. Apparently the Superman costume is dark blue with a black S on it and there is no cape yet. Why do I keep reading things about this movie?
