If you're prone to tears about the space shuttle, you probably don't want to go here. I hate crying at work, but it was good to see the editorial cartoons on it. There were one or two that really got to me.

It is a good day so far. Reading a good book. Got to work early. Going out to coffee this evening.. All in all, pretty good.

I continue to be impressed with Alysson Hannigan as an actress. She's really good. Amy seemed a bit random, but not entirely unforseen. Not much else right now on the me front.

There were a lot of really touching cartoons there.

One thing that caught my eye is that the theme was most definitely to keep exploring. Only like 2 or 3 of them were against continued missions.

I really think that's where America is right now. We're all about being strong and unstoppable and picking up and going forward after tragedy. That and Bush isn't the sort of President to not go all gung-ho after soemthing like this. It's all the more reason to pick things up and do bigger, better, faster, more.

Yeah, there were a couple that really stung and felt wrong - like the "golden calf" one, or the one showing the shuttle slipping through god's fingers. Overall, they seemed to be consistently recongizing the sacrifice and honoring the intentions of the astronauts.

It was very interesting to see that these came from all over the world. Some very interesting places represented there.
