Stella's for dinner with Skau and Leigh. Good, good.

Must get comics today. I think I'm going to drop a few titles. Right now I have five that seem likely to drop. Maybe more. I'm just not caring about them, so why do I bother, you know? It's money I could be spending elsewhere.

And since My mom's birthday is today and so is Ben's mothers and our birthdays are really close, we're buying the Evanescence album for each other for our birthdays.

I'm sure I could recommend lots of titles for you to put in their place. Have you read Thieves & Kings? We might have different taste (I don't read much batman...) but there is way too much great stuff out there to read books you're not getting much out of.

Very interesting. I'll look into it and see what I think. I just realized not too long ago, that I really just don't care about some of them. I'm not eager to see what happens next. Just because I have several years worth of it doesn't mean I have to continue buying. Though it does hurt a little.

I've been reading/collecting comics for a long time. I've learned to let go of the idea that I should keep buying something because I used to love it and have a continious run. Sure, if I really like the characters I hope it will get better someday... but in the meantime, I'll drop it.

And really these days I follow creators much more than characters and titles.
