Movie stuff...
Jan. 2nd, 2003 08:46 amThis coming year looks interesting for movies. Lots of good stuff out there and this is just A - C. It doesn't get to The Last Samurai, Priates of the Carribean, X2, Daredevil, The Hulk, either Matrix movie....
The Adventurer - Mark Dacascos, Michael Rooker and Maggie Cheung, directed by the Brotherhood of the Wolf guy. Looks to be a '30 noir-ish adventure sort of deal.
American McGee's Alice - By Wes Craven - could be really cool.
The Amazing Spider-Man - Well, of course.
Around the World in 80 Days - I'm all about Jackie Chan.
Big Fish - I look at the names involved and can't help but be interested. Directed by Tim Burton. Starring: Ewan McGregor, Albert Finney, Billy Crudup, Jessica Lange, Helena Bonham Carter, Steve Buscemi, Danny DeVito, Alison Lohman. Score by Danny Elfman.
Borgia - Well damn. I'm all over this too. It's about the family. Yes, that family. Starring: Ewan McGregor, Christina Ricci, John Malkovich, Jean Reno, Antonio Banderas, Ian McKellen.
The Chronicles of Riddick could be cool...
Coraline - Of course
People are starting to talk about the Evanesence track from the Daredevil soundtrack. I want that soundtrack. I want it now.
Alexander the Great has picked up Nicole Kidman. So we'll have Leonardo DiCaprio and Nicole Kidman. Too much sparkley pretty for one screen? Maybe.
They're trying to cast Superman with an unknown or a monstly unknown...
