In the West:

2. Minnesota

5. St. Louis
6. Edmonton
7. Los Angeles
8. Anahiem
In the East:
1. Boston
2. Ottawa
3. Philidelphia
4. Tampa Bay
5. New Jersey
6. Montreal
7. Carolina
8. Toronto
The East isn't as strange.. But the Ducks? The Wild? The Lightning? I'm all for new blood. It makes things more interesting. The Avs would be out on the golf course.
