A theater in Moscow has been seized by Chechnan rebels. They sent all of the children and Muslims out of the theater and are threatening to blow it up unless Russia withdraws troops from Chechnya.

I don't know. I've been hearing more and more about movements from them in the past days. This didn't come to me as a really large surprise.

I'm surprised they didn't try something like this sooner. Especially since Moscow declared victory at least once against the Chechens.
