No, it's nothing huge. I'm just starting to get frustrated with this working out thing. Yes. I know I've only been doing it two month or so. Yes, I do feel different and I can breathe better most of the time. Yes, I did just up my reps. I've just reached the point where I look in the mirror and get grumpy and upset and generally displeased with how I look. I'm going to keep on going and working out, but I'm generally frustrated with myself at the moment.

I think I might go to this pilates class starting on Sunday and see if I like it. The woman who teaches it used to be a ballet dancer in a lot of cool places. It's a 10:30, so it's before anything I'd be doing that day.

Other than that, a friend of mine's last day here is today. We're going to go to lunch. Low carb thingy I had this morning tasted pretty good, but its making my tummy unhappy. Bleh.

So. Work and stuff.

It can be very frustrating working out. Just remember the longer it takes to see results the longer those results will stick around. Someone who loses 30 pounds in 30 days will gain that back just as quickly and more. Did you have someone take your measurements before you started? That is a good way to track your progress. Do the measurements every 10 weeks and if you are working out like you should you will see results in those numbers. Do not use a scale to judge your progress it just makes you even more frustrated. I know you will do great and be so awesome. :)

I don't bother with scales. They always make me depressed and never seem to show what's going on. Nothing has apparently changed with my measurements yet. Things don't fit different yet, though that is a good idea.
