This, coming from somebody who does not smoke pot; I've tried it, and it makes me paranoid, so I don't do it. But the obsessive criminalization of it in this country has been insanely expensive and damaging. Maybe if Canada legalizes it and doesn't fall apart in flames immediately, that'll give strength to the American groups to push for legalization.

As for the topic: Eh. It's ipso facto legal already. My caveat is that it should only be in certain places. Not in public, etc. People wanna smoke up, fine by me, just not near me. Gives me a wicked headache. ^_^;
