Okay. One more thing people can blame Canada for, but I won't be blaming. I'll be pleased.

Very, very interesting.

Sweet!

This, coming from somebody who does not smoke pot; I've tried it, and it makes me paranoid, so I don't do it. But the obsessive criminalization of it in this country has been insanely expensive and damaging. Maybe if Canada legalizes it and doesn't fall apart in flames immediately, that'll give strength to the American groups to push for legalization.

No more drug wars!

No kidding. I don't smoke it either, but I think it being illegal is silly. Too many people in jail for minor drug charges.

The Progressive Conservative Party? Wow, that's meaningless.

Hey! The Progressive Conservative party's the only one at the moment that doesn't have their head jammed straight up their ass. :)

As for the topic: Eh. It's ipso facto legal already. My caveat is that it should only be in certain places. Not in public, etc. People wanna smoke up, fine by me, just not near me. Gives me a wicked headache. ^_^;

*applauds*

Now they have to just put it through the law-making processes...
wonder how long that'll take.... IF it happens.
