Maybe not going to work. Can't talk. Muscles painfully tight. Joints ache.

If there was a hot tub I would do this thing. There is not. And the ache in my shoulder is made worse by sauna-ing. I know this from experience.

Thank you, though. Maybe I'll get one of those heat pads.
