Alright... So.. I work up this morning feeling like hell. I promised my stomach that what ever I ate that it hated I would never eat again. It didn't really help much.

I got up and got ready to go to the gym. At the gym I felt much better while working out. 27 minutes of elliptical. I incrased the weight I'm doing on two machines (one being the ab machine of doom) and added a machine. I felt better. Then I almost fell asleep in the sauna. It was just the right temperature and I had just gotten out of the show, so it wasn't too dry or too humid. Mmmmmmmm. Sleeeeeeeeepyyyyyy. But, I did not fall asleep in there. Indtead I came to work. Probably better for me in the long run.

August seems to be going faster than July did. What's with that? I am noticing the shortening of the days, though. I normally just notice after it's started getting dark when I leave work.

Also, I'm eating more fruit then I used to. I'm eating a piece of fruit a day.

I need more vegetables.

I feel pretty good all around. Just tired.
