litheraFriday is a good day.
Went to karate yesterday. I worked so hard I thought I was going to break down. It's an interesting thing to push yourself so hard that you start to react emotionally to it. I've gotten myself to the point, again, where I can bring up that emotional reaction to working out. That means I can use it as an energy source to keep going on. It helps me work out negative emotions. I don't know if that makes sense to anyone, but I've gotten good at turning emotion into energy. Takaiyo sensei is a task-mistress. Damn. Of course she is Shihan's daughter...
This cold still lingers in my nose. It's not so bad, but it is draining. It's giving me bloody noses. As if I needed to be losing more blood than I am already. Sheesh.
Got my tax return yesterday. Rent is paid with that, which means I can use my paycheck for other things. I am tempted by the idea of getting a DVD player, but I know I should save the money and keep it for just in case things. Pay off some bills a little more.
