Rar rar rar rar rar rar....

Ouch.

Cheer for me. I did 17 minutes on the eliptical machine today. I 50 crunches on the ab machine of doom. My right shoulder is a little higher than my left. I am faintly sore and I hurt, but that's because I'm a girl. Lemme tell you ab machine + cramps = an entirely new experience.

Blah blah blah... money... blah... Eh. Going to Costco today. Hoping not to spend too much. Money just seems to slip through my fingers. Eh.

Anyway... Work now or something.

Cramps and crunches do the same thing to your tummy. Crunches, lots of them, sometimes help get rid of cramps.

My only real workouts these days are Pump It Up and DDR. Fortunately, I play a lot of DDR.

I don't have it at home. I go play for free on Ladies Night. Of course, its only USA, which annoys me since the DDR Max2 machine is broken again.

Playing at home isn't the same. The pads are kind of chumpy.

Plain pads are rather lame, but I hooked my pad up. It's quite nice. Plywood, vinyl, and carpet padding make it rock, and the whole setup cost less than $60 including the pad.

So, another temptation for your money...

One of my coworkers is selling a Honda Spree (little scooter, max speed about 35 mph) for $200.

Might be nice for putting around Seattle, and insurance on those is HELLA cheap.

Yes, but transportation is good.
And $200, plus about $20 +/- a month for insurance is very affordable.
