I'm going to cut this for those of you who really don't care. You can just ignore this. I had fun and I want to try to remember how this all started. I have a feeling this could go on for quite some time.

So last night I'm asked to RP with Norman. Norman Osborn. Yes. Otherwise known as the Green Goblin. It sounds interesting. He could kill me, but more likely there is going to be some sort of evil, devious and insane happenings. Sounds good to me.

So we and another guy Allan, go out and we're chatting and Norman gets kind of paranoid and bolts for the subway, saying somethignab otu having to go home. Allan and I shrug and continue talking. Then we hear the high pitched whining or something and get buzzed by the Green Goblin on his glider. Rogue, being new to the city, stands there trying to figure out what the hell is going on. The Goblin comes back and throws out a sleep gas grenade thing, while hissing at Rogue to run. Of course, this seems like a good enough idea to her, so she does. Allan a little slow on the uptake, gets gassed and passed out.

Rogue runs towards the subway, figuring that will be a good enough place to escape to, when guess who shows up and rescues her? Nope, not Spider-man, but.... Norman Osborn. (Remote controlled technology is a handy thing.) He helps her get away and then offers to let her spend the night at his place and they'll go file a police report in the morning. This seems okay with Rogue, who calls the lady in charge of the halfway house she's staying in and gives her his name, number and all of that info. This guy is a CEO, he helped save her from whatever that /thing/ was and he seems like a nice enough guy. Besides, people know where she is and he's not likely to get vary far if he does try to hurt her. He'd have to touch her.

So they go to his mansion and he shows her inot a guest room that might be bigger than her house was back home. Over the course of the next few days, he gives her some "spending cash" to buy new clothes, as the ones she has are falling apart. She tries to give it back and then buys some clothes and tries to give the rest back.....

And that's where we're at. So far it looks like and odd trade of Mystique in canon to the Green Goblin. Very interesting.
