I CAN BLOGZ 2!
Jun. 6th, 2008 01:26 pmHey! Look! I'm all published! There will be more as I have time!
Sooo. Keira Knightly is going to be Eliza Doolittle in a My Fair Lady remake. Seriously people? How can this be better than it has been done already?
Sam Raimi about Spidey 4 - "Right now James Vanderbilt is writing the script, and he's working on it, and I'm excited to read it, I think it's going to be done in a few months. I'm hoping it's as great as our discussions were about it and hoping it feels right for me, because I love Spider-Man, and I'm hoping I'm well-enough rested to, like, really embrace it and hoping that Sony wants me at that time to direct it. So if all those things come together, I would love, love to do it. But this is a lot of unknowns about the future."
The live-action Witchblade movie will be directed by Michael Rymer (currently doing such things as Battlestar Galactica) from a screenplay written by one Everett De Roche. I saw the poster. I'm a little... I don't know. Witchblade.
LOoks like Green Arrow will be back on Smallville next year. Why don't they give up with Whiny Clark and just make the Ollie and Friends save the world show? I'd actually /watch/ that. And while not a regular, Lana will be around. Bleh.
Josh Zetumer is in negotiations to write the latest incarnation of Dune. We'll see where that goes. This is taking awhile to get going.
Battlestar Galactica is going away next Friday. There still isn't any sort of official word about for how long that will be. Until the Fall? Until 2009? Damn it! Someone say something officially.
Oh! And Jimmy Smits is going to be joining Dexter. Damn! I wish I had Showtime. Or, well, I don't want to pay for it... so... maybe on DVD.
