For those of you asking, no, I haven't heard anything back from HR yet about the job. If I don't hear anything back today, I'll call people up and ask, since it has been a week.

This morning I have music from My Fair Lady in my head. I was even singing this morning. So strange. I need to get that on DVD. I so didn't want to come into work this morning. My head hurts and I feel as thought I might be coming down with something as my allergy medications are only alleviating so much of the clogged up and drowsy feeling I'm having.

I really don't want a cold right now.

Holly left me a sock in the car. So kind of her. The car is lovely. I need to figure out how to adjust the placement of the steering wheel, if possible. I can handle it where it is but it is a little low for my preferences. The accelerator is really sensative, too. It is a car that is difficult to hold on one speed since a lot of pressure on the pedal means that you're accelerating. When you're at 60, accelartaing to 70 is startlingly easy. So easy you can do it without having intended to do so. That will take awhile to get used to, most certainly.

As will this new entry format.

So much to do. Blarg.
So, I'm planning on going to a Thunderbirds game or two this season.

Home games look like this:
October 9 vs Portland
October 15 vs Kelowna
October 17 vs Prince George
October 23 vs Vancouver
October 24 vs Tri-Cities

So... I'm interested in the game on the 9th, the 23rd or the 24th. (The 24th because Olaf Kolzig is training their goalies while there is an NHL lockout.) Games typically start at 7:05, with the exception of Sunday games that start at 5:05.

Anyone else interested?
