The morning after...

Well, there is a little bit of a twinge in my left knee. It's a good sort of twinge, though. I worked out my legs entirely and did more jump roping than I've done in possibly ten years. I feel good, though. I like Charles - he's a great guy and seems very enthusiatic about helping me and Cody get into shape.

Everyone needs to go here and listen to my friend Ryan's band. They're good. I like it. Thanks Joe for pointing me that way. It's good to get in touch with Ryan again. I've missed him. (In case you couldn't figure it out he's the one on the bios page who likes zombies.)

From Variety: Director Bryan Singer has signed an overall deal with 20th Century Fox to develop projects he'll direct and produce. Singer has separately begun negotiations to return for a third installment of the X-Men franchise.

Ewan McGregor says that lots of people have been talking about him taking up Bond next but not the right people. He said to the Toronto Sun that it would take a stronger man than he is to turn it down if it were offered to him.

Newmarket Films has launched the official website for the Mel Gibson film, The Passion of the Christ, starring James Caviezel, Maia Morgenstern, Monica Bellucci, Mattia Sbragia, Hristo Naumov Shopov, Claudia Gerini and Luca Lionello and opening wide on February 25.

Saturday's episode of Justice League on Cartoon Nework is "Wild Card." In the ultimate reality show, the Joker pits the Justice League against the clock and against the Royal Flush Gang as the Justice League races to find and disarm all the bombs he's planted along the Strip in Las Vegas.

Plans are for the entire second season of X-Men: Evolution to be released on DVD through next year from Warner Home Video. There's no word yet if Kids' WB! is picking up the show for a fifth season.

There are trailers up for The Thunderbirds, Walking Tall (The Rock's new movie) and Cube Zero, though I have no idea why they're doing /another/ Cube movie.
