...... Having watched the footage for all of the goals of last night's Wings and Canucks game... I'm glad I didn't listen to it on the radio. I think I would have hurt myself.

4 straight calls on the Wings (not that strange, but...), a dive by Bertuzzi resulting in a 5 on 3. DURING that 5 on 3, Bertuzzi kicks the legs out from underneath Chelios in front of the net... no call. Earlier in the game, Avery is SPEARED (and you don't see spearing that often) in the gut/crotch blatantly... no call. 40 seconds left in the game, goalie pulled, shot goes wide of the net, but for some stupid ass reason, the ref... is standing next to the net, not behind... he turns his skate for some odd reason... puck deflects out to Naslund, while Cujo is out of position from the first shot... and he has an open net to tie the game. During OT, Vancouver has 5 men on the ice, the 5th man PLAYS the puck, the SAME ref that assisted on the goal, POINTS to the bench, as if he's aware... makes NO call.. the Canucks proceed to score and win the game.

I think my head would have exploded. Seeing the Naslund goal where the puck rebounded off of the ref's skates... That's enough to make me want to scream.

So anyway... Ben is back and sounds like he had an... interesting weekend.

Let's see...

James Franco is in negotiations to star in the 20th Century Fox/Franchise Pictures period romance Tristan & Isolde. That's something that hasn't been over mined and I'd like to see.

Mitch Pileggi, who portrayed assistant director Walter Skinner on The X-Files, has joined The WB's Tarzan pilot. Clayton, a businessman, discovers his nephew in the jungle then becomes Tarzan's caretaker in the Big Apple. Oooookay.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. Pictures is disputing a published report in Britain's Guardian that says the Wolfgang Petersen-directed Troy, scheduled to begin shooting in late April in Morocco, "has been put on hold due to fears of a terrorist attack and a looming war on Iraq." The report claimed that the studio could not "guarantee the safety of the cast and crew in the Muslim country." Brad Pitt, Eric Bana, Orlando Bloom and Rose Byrne are on board to star. Troy has been eyeing a May 21, 2004, release date - as has Paramount Pictures' Mission: Impossible 3 and Universal Pictures' Van Helsing.

Halloween 9 is set for 2004. I know you're all thrilled.

It is rumors that Alfred Molina was offered the role of villain Doc Ock in Spider-Man 2.

Ummmm... I think that's it.
Mmmmm. My word of the moment seems to be sweetie. I keep on saying it all the time. No idea why.

My head hurts.

I hate it when people cannot do their jobs correctly.

I want a nap.

I love John Coltrane, but over 13 mins is too long for My Favorite Things to go on.
