A new day....
Jan. 22nd, 2001 06:58 amIt was amazing. I woke up this morning and I wasn't tired. I don't think that's happened in weeks. Yeah! It makes me happy. The caffine might make me faintly hyper as opposed to just keeping me awake. This is a good thing.
How are your days?
How are your days?
Hmmm....
You know the crazed look in a student's bloodshot eyes? The one that demands sleep like a starving wolf demands blood?
So is the look of a nocturnal gamer/computernerd with 8 AM classes clear across town.

Date: 2001-01-22 12:02 pm (UTC)oh the angst
I wake up to the bleating sound of my alarm, crying like some dying lamb. So I do exactly what I'd do to a dying lamb that awakes me from my rest, I hit it on the head really really hard. After having silenced it in a like manner some 15 times I am invariably risen from bed to go pick up Richard so we can go to the college chanting masochistic hymns. I spend class time desperately trying to fall asleep but the chairs have been cleverly crafted in such a way that a person standing 6'3" with a large frame is incapable of passing out on them. This is how my mornings go Monday-Friday.
As it was said while leaving class today: "Who the fuck thought up mornings anyway." To which I replied, "Yeah, and that damn sun too."
