Well, that was a nice thing.

There are players on the MUSH. Not just some, but bunches. Like all the time. It is so cool. I cannot get over how great it is to have people playing. I actually had to pause and try to remember someone the other day because we have enough people where I might not be sure who they were. It is lovely.

I still feel odd inside. I did sit-ups and all sorts of other exercises this morning so that might be it, but ugh. I'm tired of it. The lower back pain has got to go.

I think today I might make an appointment with my new doctor. Go into say hi and list off all of the little problems I have and the few big ones too. "Help?" Maybe I'll be able to get some progress on them.

Feeling better all around. The lovely day yesterday and the cool breeze on my face as I slept yesterday helped alot.

I watched the last 30 mins of Mortal Kombat Anihilation. It was just as bad as I remembered. There is a movie that should be RST2Ked. I should recommend that to someone.

Outstandings work today. Yeah. What fun.

Sigh. Maybe I'll get to Rusty this year. I'm going to Westercon, though.

If you get lower back pain after situps, it's cuz your lower back muscles are week. Gyms have a station to work your lower back, but if you're not a member do supermans.

Lie down on your stomach with your arms and legs stretched out in front of you and flat on the (you look like Superman now). Arch your back so that your arms and legs rise off the floor - hold it for 2-3 seconds, then let yourself down. Do 3 sets 3 times a week.

I'll keep that in mind. I don't typically get lower back pain after sit ups. I think its due to the wonders of having doctors poke and prod at sensative bits earlier this week. If it happens again, I'll add that to my routine of things to do.

I'm thinking of joining a gym, since there are several million we get discounts off from here in Seattle. There is a new Gold's really close to my apartment, too.
