... but I've seen it enough places that I'm pretty sure there is something to it now. It looks like Wonder Woman will be the TV show they try to bring about post-Smallville. Currently, the word is that David E. Kelly is developing the property. I have no idea how I feel about any of that at all. I am happy that there is forward movement on a Wonder Woman property but the Ally McBeal guy?

Nnnn. And on that note, Smallville is actually... well... enjoyable this season. At least so far. Though, again, I would totally watch the Carter Hall in Egpyt show over Clark. And the Oliver Queen is a badass show. And... Well, you get the idea.

Agreed! The season premiere didn't thrill me, but the last episode, with Carter Hall and Lois in Egypt, was awesome IMO. And I'm looking ahead with excitement.. ISIS! That's only half a step away from a certain Big Red Cheese. :)

There is a lot of weirdness about who this Isis is going to be, exactly. She seems to be more in the vein of that weird TV show instead of the comics one from what I can find.

They kind of already did the Big Red Cheese in the ep with Zatanna and the magic comic.

I'm waiting for the "Little Lex Clone re-enacts The Omen/The Good Son" show.

That would be pretty good too.

Seriously, here's a quick scene breakdown:

For several episodes, Tess has had to contend both with increasingly maternal feelings towards LexMoppet, and with a shadowy opponent who's been trying to wrest control of Luthorcorp from her - culminating in an armed assault on the Luthor mansion. Armed only with a handgun, she eventually manages to get herself and the clone into a panic room, where they'll be safe until reinforcements arrive. She sets down the gun and securely locks the door. Turning back to where she's left the gun, she has a half-second to realize that it's no longer there before she's shot in the head. The kid puts the gun down, unlocks the door, and speaks to the mercenaries waiting outside.

"That'll be all, gentlemen. Thank you."
