That was a weekend

litheraIt was good to hang out in the sun on Saturday at Golden Gardens. A fun party and it was excellent to see Mr. Schetzle so happy. Saw some people I hadn't seen in awhile and it was all good. I like it when that happens.
Was going to go to Ape Caves on Sunday with Holly and Max and Ariel but noticed Tracer X driving funny and he also needed an oil change. Sooooo, took him in and, well, he needs new tires and a bunch of other little stuff here and there which ads up to a pretty expensive check up for my darling car. I'm just hoping when he checks on the brakes that there isn't anything awful lurking about in the form of repairs there.
Still, he's a good car and he's reliable as all get out. And, well, car payments... I'd prefer not to have them. (And I'd be so tempted to buy something pretty and ridiculous instead of dependable.)
