A good weekend indeed.

Saturday was sportstastic - went to the Mariner's game with David and Mike and then to the Sounders game with David, Mike and Kris. Let me say that the Mariner's game was pretty poor all around and the Sounders game was TOTALLY FRUSTRATING. Awesome but frustrating. Not off to the best start.

I got my hair re-shellacked. Saw Holly and Ariel, which was a super added bonus to my Sunday. The Red Wings lost by, again, forgetting to play hockey in the third period of the game.

I had some odd dreams, both of which I have had before. I have no idea what my brain is trying to sort out but it is very much trying to sort something. One is a confusing exploration of things I need to do and haven't done and am doing and will be doing. I think it might be that I'm a little over committed. Which, well, is true to a certain extent. It will ease up a little bit in the summer. The other dream is me trying to sort out... not tropes but commonly used plot elements. And each one of these seems to have a person that represents them. I have no idea why I'm doing that. It is ... a little strange.

I feel like I have the beginning of a cold and I would really like it to go away and not settle into my chest at all, please thank you.

I was also at the Mariners game on Saturday. It was ridiculous. I hope that's not what baseball is usually like over here these days, because I can't understand how anyone can possibly call Japanese baseball inferior in that case.

If I'd known there was a Sounders game next door afterwards I might have tried to see that... people have told me that I should probably get into soccer when I come back here, if I'm wanting a similar fan experience to what I get in baseball over there.

That was without a doubt the worst game I have seen in.... a long time.

There is yelling and cheering and standing through out an entire Sounders game. I only sit down between halfs if I can help it.
