Oh, so not only is The Hobbit spinning its wheels over the MGM situation, so is the next Bond movie. (They're on the brink of bankruptcy and have been trying to find a buyer for awhile with no good prospects...) No one is really sure how this'll pan out.

Word is, in other video game news, that Stana Katic (otherwise known as Kate Beckett) will be voicing Talia alGhul in the next Arkham Asylum game. There is also word there will be Mr. Freeze.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Alan Cumming has pulled out of "Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark" due to his increased role on the CBS television series, "The Good Wife." This is my totally unsurprised face. This thing is so doomed.

The Wrap reports that Mark Hamill may be directing a feature version of his comic "The Black Pearl." That would be interesting.

Star Wars is coming to BlueRay sooner than later. It seems before the end of the year but there is no official date yet.

I work for Adobe so I can give you a little bit of background. Adobe contracted out to have this trailer shot and the trailer is all you will ever see of this project. The footage is used when demoing our software at tradeshows (like NAB and IBC) and in tutorials. It is usually shot in such a manner that allows us to show off new features. This one was shot to show off the CS5 line of video products.
