Well a lot of people some how didn't realize that the Emperor had a name other than the Emperor, which I can understand.

I'm sure we could have done a better job. There are so many details they missed, even with just the characters listed and the 4 movies to date.

There's a few relationships they list that seem off. They list Darth Sidious and Yoda as Anakin's mentors, for example. They also assume that Yoda was the mentor of Qui-Gon Jin and Mace Windu.

Well, Sidious is one of Anakin's mentors. I'm I'm fairly certain that Yoda was one of Mace and Obi-wan's even though you never see it.

I haven't looked at their chart, but I can say that Sidious was not a mentor to Anakin - Palpatine is.
