litheraSo, I have no problem with a whole new creative direction for Spider-Man movies. That's cool, I don't mind reboots.
What I do mind is that they're going to tell Spider-Man's origin story.
Again.
Is there anyone out there who is interested in seeing a Spider-Man movie who doesn't know how he got his powers? Couldn't we just skip that whole field trip part of the telling and jump into something else? I sort of feel that some of these characters are well enough know that (especially so close to the last time we told it) we could jump right into a story.
Maybe I'm just unreasonably grumpy.
