April
Diary of a Wimpy Kid - I liked the book. I'm interested to see what they do with it as a movie. The film tells the adventures of wisecracking middle school student Greg Heffley over the course of an academic year, as told through the young man's diary and hand-drawn cartoons.

Repo Men - In the futuristic action-thriller "Repo Men," humans have extended and improved our lives through highly sophisticated and expensive mechanical organs created by a company called The Union. The dark side of these medical breakthroughs is that if you don't pay your bill, The Union sends its highly skilled repo men to take back its property... with no concern for your comfort or survival. Should sound pretty familiar, really but it has Jude Law, Forest Whitaker and Liev Schreiber in it and I like all of them.

Warlords - "Warlords" is set in the midst of war and political upheaval during the Taiping Rebellion of the 1860s. Jet Li and Takeshi Kaneshiro are in it.

Date Night - Steve Carell and Tina Fey are set to play a married couple in "Date Night." The story follows a couple who find their routine date night becomes much more than just dinner and a movie. Check out the trailer and you'll know if you want to see it or not. It also has Mark Wahlberg and James Franco in it.

The Losers - Pick up the graphic novel. Seriously. Go find a copy. "The Losers" centers upon the members of an elite U.S. Special Forces unit sent into the Bolivian jungle on a search and destroy mission. This has Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Zoe Saldana in it, which is also in the win column.

Kick-Ass - Again, I'd pick up the comic first. A comic-book fanboy decides to take his obsession as inspiration to become a real-life superhero. As any good superhero would, he chooses a new name (Kick-Ass) assembles a suit and mask to wear, and gets to work fighting crime. There's only one problem standing in his way: Kick-Ass has absolutely no superpowers.

Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps - I have no idea on this one. I have to go back and see the original again since I haven't seen it in forever and ever.

A Nightmare on Elm Street - I'm getting tired of the remake trend but I think I'll be okay if this is good and takes the place of Saw. Either way, though, I'm probably not going to see it, though I'm favor of the casting of Jackie Earle Haley.

May
Iron Man 2 - I don't have to say anything here, do I?

Robin Hood - Looks like Gladiator in England. Still, I'll probably see it since I liked Gladiator and Cate Blanchett as Marion should be awesome.

Shrek Forever After - Ehn. Probably a pass from me but at the same time, the premise looks interesting.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time - Could this be the video game movie to break the trend? Could this be the one to break out of only okay? I have no idea but it looks pretty.

Sex and the City 2 - Again, not my cup of tea, but it'll probably make a ton of money.

June
Marmaduke, The A-Team, The Karate Kid and Footloose - Yeah. You know from the titles, either you're going to see them or you won't. For me that's no, yes, maybe on an airplane and not a chance in hell.

Jonah Hex - I'm so there. Michael Fassbender and John Malkovitch are in this and I like Jonah Hex. Jonah Hex is a scarred drifter and bounty hunter of last resort, a tough and stoic gunslinger who can track down anyone... and anything. Having survived death, Jonah's violent history is steeped in myth and legend, and has left him with one foot in the natural world and one on the "other side."

Toy Story 3:

Twilight: Eclipse - I'm not watching this but I know plenty of people who will.

Dear Hollywood: stop re-making movies that cannot be surpassed or ruin the fabric of time.

Iron Man 2? What's that about?

SO PSYCHED about Jonah Hex...the story looks solid and Jimmy Palmiotti is so nice a guy I want to see this rock the house.

Prince of Persia...as a fan of the game, I can say the trailer gave me the serious giggles of happiness. It looks like the game, it feels like the game, and darn it, Jake looks hawt.
