I dislike unknowns.

So, this house thing seems to be moving at a pace where it is starting to feel much more real than it did just two days ago. I need to talk to my current landlord to nail down the details of what breaking our lease would actually look like in financial terms. Then I need to talk to the realtor about what to put in as an offer on the house as we'd be bidding against other people's offers.

Then ... Well, then it sort of spins off into space because I have a lot of ideas but am not at all sure about which ones are even applicable. Usually my counter to this weird and wild spinning sort of thing would be countered by plans. Except well, there isn't much planning that wouldn't be vastly jumping the gun.

This has helped, though.
