Wait until the end.

Activision announced DJ Hero, Band Hero and Guitar Hero 5 for sometime in the fall. As looking at the peripheral for DJ Hero, I'm really starting to feel like we've jumped the shark here. Or perhaps nuked the fridge. http://www.engadget.com/2009/05/07/dj-hero-announced-at-last-along-with-band-hero-for-the-family-a/

Here is one of the Flash Forward ads I was talking about:

It looks like the Green Lantern movie has been pushed back six months from Christmas of 2010 to June of 2011. Are they pressed for time? Having trouble casting? WB needs a summer tentpole movie? Hard to say.

Rosario Dawson and Steve Coogan are going to be in an adventure movie called "Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief." Chris Columbus is directing. It seems that Posiedon has a son, he needs rescuing and his name is Percy.... Yeah. I think you can start to see where this is going. Except, here's the twist. This is the rest of the cast: Sean Bean, Kevin McKidd, Uma Thurman, Catherine Keener, Pierce Brosnan, Melina Kanakaredes, Logan Lerman, Alexandra Daddario and Brandon T. Jackson. Those first two have pretty much ensured I'm buying a ticket.

The Robot Chicken guys have a new project: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr/content_display/television/news/e3i7908e745d3e66eba12f8881a4b4c963c I'm.... I'm at least interested enough to watch an episode or two.

McG says that The Rock is /not/ in his 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea. Instead there now comes news that he's signed up for an 'action drama' called "Faster". It looks pretty standard fare with him playing an ex-con looking for revenge against the guy who killed his brother.

Robert DeNiro and Edward Norton are both going to be in and 'indie' movie called "Stone". This one sounds a little different - A correctional officer is seduced by the wife of a convicted arsonist who is up for parole.

Katie Holmes, who we haven't heard from in awhile, is set to star in "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark," which was written (adapted? It is a remake.) by Guillermo del Toro and Matthew Robbins.

Have you seen a trailer for Disctrit 9 yet? If not, go go watch it here: http://www.d-9.com/. And then go to /this/ viral site and watch this version: MNUSpreadsLies.com. I love viral marketing. It is so fun.

Star Trek is getting a 94 percent Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes! I'm so excited to be seeing it tonight.

Do you have parking recommendations? (Other than "don't.")

The Cinerama lot, the hotel next to the Cinerama on 4th - starts with a W. There is a lot closer to the water on Lenora that isn't bad. And of course there is usually street parking not too far if you're willing to look.
