Warner Bros. Pictures has acquired the rights to turn "Death Note" into a live-action film. Uh-huh.

Whaaa? Death Note has already been three live action films and an anime TV series. Oh, they mean in America. WB was the distributor for them, so they'd have seen how successful they were, I suppose.
