Lemme point something out here.

May 6 - Spider-Man 4
May 20 - Thor
June 3 - Kung Fu Panda 2
June 24 - Cars 2
July 1 - Transformers 3
July 15 - Harry Potter 7 pt. 2
July 22 - Captain America

And we're still two years out.

Crazy time.

Am confused. Were people clamoring that hard for it that they made a sequel to Cars?

Exacltly. I thought Pixar was anti-sequel.

I don't know. I get the feeling from the talk about it that Pixar was unhappy with the response to the movie. I could be wrong, though.

I know I wasn't... I'm sad that they're devoting time to this. You know there are better ideas floating around the Pixar offices.

A lot of "worth seeing" there, but I'm not seeing much "stand in line for hours at the Cinerama" awesome there.

*nods* I'm really interested in the non-sequel movies more than anything else. Surprise, surprise. But it'll still be an interesting summer, certainly since we're more than 2 years out. There is plenty of time to drop Wonder Woman or Flash or something in there as I'm hearing that they're trying to get those ramped up again.
