The Los Angeles federal judge presiding over the Watchmen case has moved the trial date back two weeks to January 20. Also, the judges has refused to issue the “pre-trial summary judgment” that both Fox and Warner Bros both requested. So, there is some worry that the trial will be over by the time of the film's release date.
