It's pretty good. Also swank. The view is marvelous.

Canlis? Oh yeah. I went there last year for my wife's company Xmas dinner.

Dude.

It was pretty swank, to be sure. Food was good, but the service is the real treat. They know how to treat someone very well...

And they have this after-dinner coffee, called the Diablo-something or other...it's not just a spiked coffee, it comes with a floor-show.

That's a great idea. I should start posting lists like that where Louisvillians can see them.

I don't know what Seattle's restaurant scene is like, but we have the 3rd largest number of restaurant seats per capita in the nation. You'd think people here never ate at home.

We have some pretty impressive places here, though I'm not an expert or anything. Mario Batali's dad's deli is to die for. I eat out a lot but I'm going to look toward doing that less and when I do making it a better experience.
