I used to like Republicans in general. I'm hoping to like them again.

I used to BE one. The only party I've ever registered was with the Republican Party back in the early '80s. I miss those Republicans, the fiscal conservatives who have a heart. Not these prattling holier-than-thou jerkweeds who screw the middle and lower classes, hate gays, hate anything that's not in line with their beliefs, and basically think all that matters is their brand of Christianity and their brand of patriotism.

I wish Jefferson would come back from the dead long enough to bitchslap every one of them.
