olicits like this make me cringe: It’s the moment that X-Fans have been waiting for — Rogue makes her return to the X-Books. But while Xavier seeks out Rogue, who is searching for him? Hunter becomes hunted and friend becomes foe, in a story that will change your favorite Southern Belle forever. FOREVER! Rogue! CHANGED! AGAIN! STILL! SOMETHING!

Ehn. While this will likely help make me continue to buy X-Titles, there honestly isn't much else Marvel is putting out that I'm interested in. The Skrull thing is a little interesting but... Not a real draw for me. Though Anihilation is good. Maybe I'll be interested in Marvel space stuff soon.

And what is happening to T'Challa? http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=18512

The New Warriors has been cancelled. There seems to be a lot of that going around....

“I’d say in the next year, year and a half, as we start putting together our film slate for 2012 and 2013, I would not be shocked if we saw Dr. Strange on those lists,” Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige tells MTV’s Splash Page.

NBC has picked up "Knight Rider" for a full season.

Who would be cast as Doc Strange?

And you've hit the nail on the head about why I can't read X-sagas anymore.

I have no idea who would play him.

I like the X-men here and there but I'm sort of winnowing the list of everything down because it is all "OMG, WORLD SHATTERING!" I'd just like something to be solidly written. Maybe even character study-like.

My question was more like, "I wonder who would be cast as Doc Strange." Any thoughts?

That's what I was saying. I can't think of anyone. He isn't really in my knowledge base.

Nova and Guardians of the Galaxy have been consistently good. Thor has been really kick-ass too, in a sort of way that doesn't involve all that much actual ass kicking - just good stories. Still enjoying Daredevil, partly because it stays the hell out of whatever else is going in in Marveltown.

The only X title I read is X-Factor, and I'm getting a bit sick of that. Seems it's about run it's course.

My roommate likes Thor well enough. I like it well enough to read her copy.

Frankly, I'm agreeing that Marvel cosmiccy stuff is the only thing left possibly worth reading. The X-titles completely fail me, even Astonishing and X-Factor are getting in the 'bored now' pile.

And Marvel replaced T'Challa long ago when Hudlin began mauling the relaunch of the title and crapping on Priest's version (and Storm for that matter). Don't know and highly doubt that this new heir to the costume will be much of a draw.

KNIGHT RIDER SRLSLY?! Luckily, I fail to watch NBC.

Yeah. T'Challa has been someone else for awhile. I like Astonishing, even still. And I'm interested in Rogue coming back, a little bit.

Other than that... *shrugs* Meeehhhhh.

Someday I will get to write the X-titles, and I promise that if Marvel lets me, I will write something actually worth reading. :)
