Frank Miller has a year of potential stories to tell in between that battle and the one that David Wenham's Dilios is leading at the end of the movie, so Miller is at work writing another graphic novel for which Zack Snyder will adapt to film. YEAH!!! Because that's.... ummmm. Nooooo.

Yogi Bear is the next animated character to get the CG/live-action blend treatment. .... YEAH!!! Or... Not.

Warner Bros. screened nearly 30 minutes of previously unreleased Watchmen footage for journalists last night in West Hollywood and, it received a largely positive response.

Favreau held a Q&A and gave out a lot of replies on his thoughts, though he has NO script yet. He included the idea of a female villain as tempting. More here: http://www.latinoreview.com/news/online-chat-recap-with-jon-favreau-5474

This year’s No. 1 movie and the second-highest grossing film in the United States ever will be released on DVD just in time for the holiday season, as The Dark Knight will be released on DVD Dec. 9.

I mentioned it yesterday but I'll add that Jack Black and Angelina Jolie have signed on for Pandamonium, the sequel to Kung Fu Panda for the summer of 2011.

Man, those re-touched photos always drive me insane. Part of my brain knows photos are re-touched for more or less everything, but it's not something I remember unless it's *screamingly* obvious--like some picture I saw of America F...whatever the hell her name is, Ugly Betty, whose head had been photoshopped onto a body 3x smaller than her own. And that was a professional thing in a magazine, not just somebdy's home hack job. But basically I buy into the flawless forms every time, because I can't *see* where the flaws would be without something like that re-touching page. Pisses me off.

Although I think it's pretty funny that every time I've seen a re-touched photo of Halle Berry they've basically only done a fill lighting to even out the light on her face, and sometimes photoshopped away a shoulder strap or like the bangle on her arm in that one. They made that one sepia and did fill lighting, but mostly, the original photograph was just astonishingly beautiful. *Every* re-touched photo I've seen of her has been like that.
