...listen to Sting. He makes my head hurt less.

I have a feeling I'm gaining on of those headaches that I get for weeks. Just painfull enough to keep my attention on it and to be distracting from everything else.

Though Sting is helping. Me = sleepy.

I used to wonder about musicians with action verbs for names. Especially ones that were methods of attack. Like Sting and Slash. It's always kinda made me want to get a solo music career and call myself "Bludgeon".

I don't suppose you'd want to listen to me for headaches, though. "Bludgeon makes my head hurt less" just isn't something you'd say in front of someone that you'd want to keep thinking highly of your sanity.

Unless you're like me, and punch yourself in the forehead occasionally when you have a headache.

I get these. I will get a headache that lasts for who knows how long as a minor pain in my head.

I have and it was nice when I had it. Maybe I'll get some after I move. Of course, maybe it will go away after I'm done moving.

Then again, I get my worst migranes after the stress goes away. I don't know.

pamc is right, I was gonna suggest perppermint oil.

Rub a little on your temples and the back of your neck.

I use a combination of lavender and peppermint essential oils. Its called Migrastick, and I got it at Trader Joes.

Chamomile tea sometimes helps, too.

I hope you feel better, really really soon.

I do the same thing when I get a migraine, although I listen to Toad the Wet Sprocket, not Sting. :-) Somehow it makes it hurt less.

I've got Dr. Sholes pepperment cream you can use (don't know how to get it to you tho). You can also use tiger balm or vaborub... same effect.

Well, as of Saturday I'll be living on Cap Hill. I'm sure I'll be more accessable at that point. Even if I don't have a headache then, I will have one in the future.
