It's very WoW-ish, but there's a HEAVY emphasis on PvP and RvR (Realm vs Realm) play.

You basically can't play it as purely PvE.

Caveat: have not actually played the game myself. I could be wrong.

Apparently you CAN play it as purely PvE but even then, you're contributing to RvR.

My friends that left WoW love it. I haven't been able to load it yet; I'll probably have to wait until the 18th and launch.

I've played it, both as an alpha and a beta. I don't care for it. It's purely a WoW clone. It's not horrible, just completely unremarkable.
