I think Mel will agree with you in wanting this to just be over. I've never been as terrified by a candidate as much as I am by Sarah "I CAN HAVE RAPTURE PLEASE" Palin. I've read enough about that sect of believers to know what they think about Jews (props to play nice with until it's time for us all to die for their utopia to happen) and Israel (shouldn't be allowed to live in peace because it goes against their wacky interpretations of the Bible).

Totally agreed. My wife is getting tired of me wishing that the U.S. could move to a parliamentary system (like England or Canada), which would allow for a multi-party system to potentially happen.

That and it would be so incredible to watch the President have to directly answer his (or her) critics during Question Period. CSPAN would actually be interesting...

Come on, let's all vote now and get it over with, so we can focus on the important stuff...like hockey!
