1 - Another new trainer. I .... He's not a bad guy. I just don't think I like him. I dislike this changing trainers and philosophies of working out and nutrition and... Just freaking everything. I don't like it.

2 - Next year I want to go to Italy. I've wanted to go back for awhile. I'm going to do it. Like a week and a half or something. Note to self: http://www.valleycastle.com/

Ooh! I may end up using your note to self, thank you-- my grandmother and I are discussing a trip to Italy in late September, before I find employment and must move away for work. I've never been and would love to have your advice on places to stay, etc.
