I don't think she meant to imply that Obama might be assassinated, but holy cow what an awfully stupid thing to say.

Maybe, maybe a little worse.

I think some people are getting a little carried away about it though already; suggesting that she's holding out for someone to assassinate him which I think is a "bit" of a stretch.

Either way, if there was a chance (there wasn't) for her to get the nomination, she just sank it pretty definitively.

I see her statement as so not a big deal. I am more offended by her logic; the primary schedules in 1992 and 1968 were not the same as they are now.
