Any one who has ever been in charge of anything will someday learn, or will know to their core, that they are going to make mistakes. They will admit this if they are honest. The only thing you can do is learn from your mistakes. It might take more then once. Lessons like fight club bouts will go on as long as they have to. If you are intelligent and honest then you will learn. If you are not then the only concern is how much damage your mistakes will cause and what it will cost to mitigate and minimize that damage. If you learn then that cost is the cost of education and the cost of operating. I believe you to be an honest and intelligent person. Good luck.
