The Forbidden Kingdom - Jackie Chan and Jet Li. That'll get me in the theater.

Tropic Thunder - Ben Stiller, Black Jack and Robert Downey Jr. Five actors who go on location and find themselves relying on their boot camp experiences when they get stuck in a real war-like situation. I'm probably going to go see it.

Hamlet 2 - A failed actor-turned-worse-high-school-drama teacher rallies his Tucson, AZ students as he conceives and stages a politically incorrect musical sequel to Shakespeare's Hamlet. I'll wait to see what the reviews are like.
Babylon A.D. - Vin Diesel agrees to escort a woman from Russia to Germany, not realizing that she's the host for an organism that a cult wants to harvest into a genetically-modified Messiah. So, it might be worth a look. Looks Cyberpunk-y.

Yeah. 2009 is pretty weak right now. I'm really hoping to see something at Comic Con that will blow my socks off. We'll know how the strike is going by then too, so... Here's hoping.
