So.

I cannot log onto anything right now inside of work. This makes it so I sit around attempting to look useful when, since I can't even log into my e-mail server, I can't really do anything at all.

I hate this with such a burning passion, you don't even know.

So, instead, I give you this:
IMAX Corporation and DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. today announced an agreement to release the studio's first three 3D motion pictures worldwide in IMAX® 3D. The IMAX 3D releases will include Monsters vs. Aliens in March 2009, How to Train Your Dragon in November 2009 and Shrek Goes Fourth in May 2010.

James Marsters is going to be playing Piccolo in the long coming live action Dragonball Z. *sighs* Well, he might blow up the moon. That would at least be entertaining.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QNI3W8UB-s - This is up there with The Hand That Feeds halftime show. I think I like this better, though.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_First_Blast_of_the_Trumpet_Against_the_Monstrous_Regiment_of_Women - It is fascinating how many women came into large amounts of power all around the same amount of time. Reading about Catherine de'Medici is really interesting so far.

This is a good source for what the status of your favorite shows is currently: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2007_Writers_Guild_of_America_strike I love how on the wiki page that Michael Eisner proves himself again to be not so savvy.

Yeah. I'd be dead-in-the-water if I couldn't get into our systems!

At least I could go look busy moving around boxes of materials or something.

Boo! I say we all need to go out for drinks and set this week on fire or something.

I mean, if it is going to be stupid it might as well be pretty, right? So, fire.

I'm glad we can all agree on something, at least.

So, I'll bring the blowtorch, you bring the marshmallows.

Well, like I told [livejournal.com profile] lithera, I'll bring the blowtorch, she can bring the marshmallows. I'm sure you could find something to bring along...

Or booze. Both would be helpful, but I'd only want to drink one of them (hint: not the kerosene).

Caterina de'Medici books

If you get a chance, you might enjoy The Stars Dispose and The Stars Compel, by Michaela Roessner. They stop at a suboptimal stopping point and no more are out yet, but they do include Caterina de'Medici, Michelangelo, and loads of delicious food.
