Lust, Caution - playing at the Egyptian. Anyone want to go see it with me?
Elizabeth: The Golden Age - I love Elizabeth as a histroical figure. I'm sure they're play up the romance angle more than I'd like (again) but it will be neat and beautiful.
Michael Clayton - Hearing lots and lots of good things about this.
Nightmare Before Christmas is coming out in 3-D again on the 19th. I can't find a list of theaters. Last year it was Auburn and only Auburn. Meh. The only place I can find listed right now is Puyallup. *sighs*

I'm not sold on 30 Days of Night yet.

Also. Anyone interested in John Carter (Thanks Josh!) of Mars? How about if I add the name Pixar to the mix? http://www.chud.com/index.php?type=news&id=12079

John Carter of Mars, you mean. It was John Carpenter's Ghosts of Mars.

I am down for Lust, Caution.

The one and only showing of Black Sheep here will be Thursday night. One of my hearty movers is having a birthday dinner that evening. For her, I will wait until it comes out on DVD...but I had to think about it.

I was *really* hoping the local Indy theater would pick it up, but alas, it's getting a single showing at one of the colleges. I have my fingers crossed for seeing Day Watch on the big screen. I loved Night Watch.

I've spoken of the awesome before. I will restrain myself.

What's the buzz on 30 Days of Night? I enjoyed the comic, but I don't know much about the movie. I think the owner of the comic shop I go to is positive about it.

The buzz is relatively small, actually. Which I'm not sure is good or bad in this case.

Barsoom?! Oh my! This may be kind of like Narnia movie in that it shows me unfortunate things I didn't remember or glossed over about a childhood love, but... yeah, I have to go see it (sadly, not in Seattle). I ate those books UP as a kid.

You are the distilled source of so much of my fancy movie info. &hearts

You know I'm good for the Elizabeth movie. Michael Clayton... well, it's Tilda Swinton and George Clooney. I'm up for that too.

Nightmare FTW! even if it is in Puyallup.
