Today I got poked and prodded and wheee doctors. So, I'm getting my blood tested for ... like.. everything ever. I have also been ordered by my doctor to ply my Wii Sports game for 45 minutes a day. (30 is okay but 45 is better.) That's pretty awesome. I'm also in talks with Kris to see if we can't start bowling on a regular basis. I like bowling. I'm not bad at it. I could get better and... well... It is exercise.

two words -- ROLLER SKATING. as in, we should do some. I tried some inline skates on, and felt veddy unstable. Might feel better with more wheels.

I think it's utterly awesome that your doctor prescribed Wii Sports. I am unusually lucky in that I have an exercise buddy this summer. I know it's a gazillion times harder doing it by yourself. Luckily, the Wii is full of awesome.

I'd also recommend Rayman for a physically active game. Once you unlock levels, you can go play in "workout" mode, where you get to pick which of the mini-games you want to play.

I hope the blood tests come back with something you can use!

It is, in fact, my nephew. He's cute!

And not this Monday but the next one will be the first bowlarama night.
