The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed a rumor at LatinoReview.com that director Robert Rodriguez is in talks to direct a live-action feature version of futuristic 1960s cartoon The Jetsons for Warner Bros. Pictures, being produced by Denise Di Novi and Donald De Line.
Mike Myers, who returns as the voice of Shrek in Shrek the Third , says that
is developing a fourth "Austin Powers" movie at the same time as his next comedy, The Love Guru.

While Lucas is readying the new "Clone Wars" animated series, he told Friedman that he will make two more live-action films based in the "Star Wars" universe as well.
"But they won't have members of the Skywalker family as characters," he said. "They will be other people of that milieu."
The two extra films will also be made for TV and probably be an hour long each. But, like "Clone Wars," Lucas doesn't know where on TV they will land.
Sean Connery has a role in Indy 4 but apparently hasn't been signed.
And... apparently Sam Raimi and Peter Weir are both being courted to direct The Hobbit. Innnnteresting.
Tom Selleck is going to replace James Caan on the TV Las Vegas.
Apparently there are two version of a future Veronica Mars being promoed to the execs. One is FBI girl Veronica and the other is just a continuation of the series as it is. We'll find out if either are picked up next week when the line up is announced.
According to the New York Post , Hilary Swank will play the heroine being hunted by vampires in the movie version of the John Marks novel Fangland.
