That's Wil Ferrel's 2 year old daughter Pearl. I think this is adorable, but he's gotton a LOT of shit over teaching his baby to talk like that.

Oh, I'm sure he has. I'm sort of torn on how I feel about it, really but I figure she'll learn them sooner or later. Personally, I'd rather teach them to my kids first. *chuckles*

She's only two. She doesn't know what these words mean. And I'm pretty sure Ferrel is the kind of parent who will be amused when his two year old runs around the house shouting, "Give me my money, bitch!" sevety times in a row. Because that's what kids do. Give the little ones a bit of attention, good or bad, and they'll repeat whatever got it for them over and over.

That's why I think it's better NOT to pause and go, "oops, Mommy didn't mean to say that" or chew your friend out for accidently saying, "shit" in front of your kids. That's how they learn the real context and meaning.
