I don't know what con rules are going to be on that this year. It has been true in previous years that it was needed but I won't require it.

Boo, I don't really wanna spend $50 for a day or less at the con, but I DO want to go to the party. =/ And if I do attend the con it's another $60+ a day to kennel the dogs.
