It gets warmer outside and I start thinking of going to the ocean. It must be something ingrained into me from when we lived in Hawaii. It gets warm, you go to the beach.
The thing is, I don't want Lake Washington or the Sound or any of the fabulous lakes, streams and so on and so forth.
I want to go to the ocean. All the way out there.
Maybe to Ocean Shores for some weekend.
And we still need to do that freaking wine tour.
Okay. Who has what weekends free in June? Anyone interested in either ocean or wine?

Date: 2006-05-16 09:04 pm (UTC)It is true. You have good chocolate, Coke with real sugar and hockey.
So, what you're really saying is that you totally want to go out to get sushi with me.
More Canadian temptation ;)
Date: 2006-05-16 09:16 pm (UTC)However, an afternoon hanging out on the seawall and in Stanley park would be awesome, too ;-)

Re: More Canadian temptation ;)
Date: 2006-05-16 09:46 pm (UTC)I'm not arguing the choices you've made in your life, what have brought you to this point in the ever-evolving time-line we know as "life". Far From it.
But, since the only time I've ever done sushi *in my life* was at Top Gun, factoring in that I didn't die from the experience (shellfish allergies and a geenral fear of seafood and such, ya know?), Top Gun gets my recommendation.
But, knowing you find enlightenment at Kadoya (God, I miss living in the West End, I truly do) makes me feel all the more happy. Rock on with your bad self.
